"Grasp"

The rich corners are a deep translucent vioet upon an opaque yellow ochre. The visual layering of this unusual accompanyment is of a very particularly and delierate nature, arising from one of my colour-mixing experiments. Juxtaposed with that in the centre are layers of lighter toned and fleshy naples yellows. Bonding the two is a very heavily lined and opaque pinky-brown which simply could not be better.

The very beautiful and thinly applied Indian Yellow ground rips through from below.
